Hazel Smith

Hazel moved to Milton in 1982, with a young family, and has played an active role in the village since then. Her children all went to the local schools (Milton PS, IVC, Hills Road) and she was active with the NCT, Playgroup, MCC, Youth Club, and as a School Governor at both local schools, Parish Councillor (for 32 years) and District Councillor (for 17 years). She chairs the Community Care Committee and helps cover for the Warden when she is on holiday, and now also drives for the Beaches Community Car Scheme.
